HI!! Abby from Ottawa/Gatineau Canada!

I've been comtemplating about starting a property management ( I have an 8plex apartment, and my husband has a couple apartments that I can put in the management, I already do the management part in our apartments). I'm scared and my husband thinks it's a bad idea, any advices or tips on how to start one and how to get over the "scared" part.

Thank you in advance!!!!
