Happy New Year BP Community!  Let's make it a great 2019!

I'm reaching out to all Residential Care Facility Owners and those who have owned or have experience in this field.  My husband and I are interested in opening a residential care facility in CA and would appreciate any advice you can give.   What do you like most/least about this business?  What could you have done differently when you first started?    What and how much are monthly expenses?   Any  tips, resources, referrals you can provide would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
