How to structure LLC with partners

Aimee Heintz
Posted

Hello!  Getting ready to do a flip as a passive investor.  I will be funding the entire project and my partner will be doing everything else (finding property, doing work, managing contractors, selling property).

I would like to set up a legal entity but am not sure what is the best way?  Should we each have separate LLCs or create one with both of us listed as co-members/owners?

Thanks in advance!

Aimee
