Searching for a quality tracking software

Hello guys, 

I am searching for a quality tracking software that comes with below features. 

 1. ERP integration

2. Real-time monitoring 

3. Task reminders 

4. Effective workflow 

5. To Do list and process tree 

6. Document distribution with a provision to update and recall at all levels. 

7. Provision to assign different levels of accessibility to a different set of users 

8. A good evaluation module with better representation 

When I searched on the internet, I got a list of so many quality tracking software. But, none of them meets all the requirements. So, we had to shortlist one quality tracking software that met the maximum requirements. Then I thought, I might get some suggestions from you guys if I ask it here. So, if any of you know about any good quality tracking software, please let me know about their pros and cons. I will be really grateful to you. Thanks in advance.
