Where to start? Just getting into the whole real estate world!

Hows it going people of BiggerPockets, my names Josh I'm 22 from beautiful San Luis Obispo California and am just starting my journey of learning the ins and outs of real estate! Right now I do apartment/property maintenance and am an onsite manager for one of the properties the business owns. Getting back to the topic being so new I've been reading some books about real estate investing and starting to get a general idea of how to get started! I want to get my real estate license but I also work full time so id have to work it into my schedule but nonetheless I want to get involved in the forums and network out!
