Building Business Credit for New Investors

Even though I've watched many videos and the read the books about using OPM to invest in real estate, for those just starting out and seeking to make at least one deal to add to their portfolio, sometimes business credit is needed, especially if your personal FICO is under 750.  There is a company that promises you business credit in 90-120 days for $295 a month for 4 months or $895 up front. Does anyone have any experience with or know whether this is a good way to go? I've studied ways to build your business credit yourself but the methods would take much longer.  Ideas anyone???? Thanks in advance for anyone taking the time to response.
