BP community, Looking for your help to determine the C-Class neighborhood where I can invest in GA and AL. I am looking to buy a property in and around $50K range. Thank you for helping me out! :)

@Syed Bukhari, I would suggest doing some market research. Get on zillow to help you determine the comp's for your targeted areas. Speak with the local real estate agents, and tell them what you're trying to do. Speak with a bank to make sure you have funding lined up, as to not waste anyone's time. You'll want to do some of the preliminary work up front, and then start driving neighborhood (driving for dollars), or contacting people (agents or home owners). Also, visit your local REI groups and get on meetups.com to find like minded people and start networking. These people will be able to help you. Good luck!
