In escrow on first deal

Hi guys I’m in escrow on my first deal and closing is set for 10/4. As I get closer I want to make sure i hav the right systems in place to give existing tenets and new tenets proper leases, give them my contact info and get an auto rent pay system in place. I wanted to get some ideas on how you guys once you buy a property take full ownership of essentially an existing running business? Thanks
