I am trying to form an LLC and looking for advice

Hello there - I have to form an LLC for a few different reasons. I reside in Taxachusetts and most of my 'deals will be either in Massachusetts or New Hampshire. Can i form my LLC in another (cheaper) state? Mass fees are $530 per year and I am just a Newbie, every dollar counts. Thanks, Brian (Massachusetts)

You will have to register the LLC in whatever state that you are doing business, i.e. holding property. So even if you form it in another state you will still have to pay the fees in Mass and NH if you own property there…AND the state you formed in.
