Tax Shielding income w/ RE
With an income of $250k, taxes are killer. I know there's a better way...
Assets:
- 160k in a fully owned home (renting w/o an LLC--need to set this up pronto)
- 65k in a financed home (going to rent w/ an LLC)
- 35k in a financed condo (going to rent w/ an LLC)
- 375k in IRAs, 401k
What's your first tip on a best next step to push personal income into an LLC managing real estate?
