I am new to real estate, Im currently in the NYC area. I have been reading a lot of books,blogs and im tired of reading about it, i want to DO IT! is there any advice that you can give to help me get my feet wet.

Stay active on this site, ask a lot of questions pertaining to the specific investment strategy that fits you, and get in the filed and practice! Just like baseball, you can't learn to play the game by reading books on how to, you have to get into the field and PRACTICE!

Many new posters post a comment, question or 2, then vanish. They are the ones who do not succeed in this business. If you look around here and see the ones who stick around and stay active, they are the very same people completing deals and making $.
