Setting up Business Entities

Looking for a little help because I'm getting conflicting information.

I set up an LLC in my name but not tied to my SSN. I filed for an EIN (I should have had a registered agent set it up correct?)

I had my attorney set up a Land Trust with me as the beneficiary and the LLC as the Trustee

Now I have multiple questions:

- Who does my lender make the loan out to? Me? The Trust? or the LLC?

- I set up the LLC with me as the President...will it show on any public record either through the loan or when the property is deeded over?

- Which entity is the property deeded to?

I think I've managed to thoroughly confuse myself, my lender and my lawyer...a little help?
