Was considering buying a mold infested condo?

My realtor sent me a list of properties for sale. I saw a condo for sale really cheap. Numbers looked good on the Biggerpockets rental calculator. Then came the hiccup. The condo is sold "as is". Learned from my realtor that the condo has mold and seller will not allow anyone inside to view it. Does anyone see any positives with this deal? Your recommendations/comments greatly appreciated.
