Property LLC and parent company bank accounts

I have my investment townhouse in an LLC. I also have a parent company that owns that LLC. I have a bank account for the property LLC right now and want to open a bank account for the parent company. I don't want to run parent company expenses through the property LLC bank account. i.e. website, marketing, etc. Once the expenses are paid for the property I want to transfer the profits into the parent company bank account. My question is, does this subject me to an weird tax situations? Thanks in advance.
