How would you structure equity / divide profits in this business?
A Real Estate Investment company (LLC) formed by two individuals:
Individual 1: serves only as an investor, will be financing many single family investment properties
Individual 2: will serve as the real estate agent and property manager to these properties, while focusing on a strategy to grow assets by trading up over time.
Each property will likely be purchased under its own LLC which will be owned solely by the individual investor
How would you structure equity, divide profits, and provide compensation in this business?
