Chart for organizing multiple projects

a couple of episodes back a guest mentioned an organizational chart he had on the wall that he kept his multiple projects organized on. Does anyone know the name of that chart ??

We use SmartGantt that is an extension of Podio.  Realtime updates based on Podio activity is created as they happen and the reports are simple to schedule and run.  Plecto dashboards gives my teams the ability to see whats going on either in the office or on their mobile screens.
