Has anybody setup one LLC company to hire their property manager, and a separate LLC company to hold title to their rental property? (That way if the property manager tries to sue the real estate investor (me), they would only have access to the funds in the management LLC.)

If so, what has been your experience? Good? Bad? 

I appreciate it the input!
