What bank do you use?

I live in NY, and my LLC partner lives in CA.

When we open a new business bank account, they require us to both sign forms, even though we are both owners of the LLC. I bank with Chase.

Does anybody have good history with their bank? I'm looking for reasonable fees, and of course not needing both members of the LLC to be present to open a new bank account.
