How much cash Reserves for FI?
I have read on other articles that per house you should have at least 6 months reserves before you invest in that house or another house. I have listend to a lot of interviews of people who are Financially free but haven't actually heard what there reserves are. Example: If someone makes 50k per year from 30 single family houses, do they have 6 months of cash reserves for the 30 houses and then a separate budget/reserve ( lets say another 50k for a year of expenses ) ?
Thanks everyone!
