Good Morning,

can someone advise if there are any legit programs or businesses in the Houston, Texas area that offer real estate mentorship specializing in the wholesaling/foreclosure sector? Very open to being an apprentice to someone or a group that has had success in this field. There is a ton of resources/information out there and i have done heavy research but need more training and guidance. Please advise and thank for your time.

My guess?  No.  Maybe you go to the courthouse auctions.  When I'd go I'd see the same guys every month.   Shake a few hands.  Tell them what you're looking for.  See if you can tag along on a few projects to learn (tell them you'll help demo, paint, etc. for the learning experience).  If someone came to me when I was still doing foreclosure flips I'd have been all over it.
