Financial services in the greater new orleans area

Hello! I'm a financial services professional located on the Northshore of the Greater New Orleans area. I'm looking to partner with Real Estate Investors in this area. I would like to offer my financial services while learning about real estate investing in return. I have been heavily influenced by Rich Dad Poor Dad and similar resources, including listening regularly to the Bigger Pockets podcast.
