1 or 2 deals experience?

Hey BP community! I'm a newbie in North County, San Diego. Long term I'm going to own large multifamily properties. I have been reading books, studying online, and analyzing deals on loopnet and other sites for a few months now. Is there anyone out that that is still pretty new but has maybe 1 or 2 deals under his/ her belt that has some experience working with contractors/ agents/lenders, etc. (or IS one of those people)....that would be interested in possibly forming some type of partnership to look for deals and find lenders, so we can show them some form of track record. I have a pretty strong network and strong networking abilities in-person. If this message isn't compliant with etiquette on this forum, please forgive me, and let me know! Best, Harrison from Carlsbad
