Questions to ask a mentor (First post ever on BP)

So my partner and I are fortunate enough to be able to sit down today with one of the most successful real estate investors in our area, Augusta, Ga. He has over 54 years of experience in real estate, owns hundreds of properties, and manages hundreds more. Aside from the general questions I wanted to know if fellow BP members had any suggestions for questions we should ask him to be able to maximize our time with him. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
