Hello BiggerPockets!

I am writing to ask a question that has been on my mind recently. I am 22 years old and currently work part time at company doing inside sales. I do enjoy the job but I have been using this wonderful website to learn more about Real Estate and I want to get some experience. I still don't feel that I know enough to jump in and make a deal, but I am interested in small multi-family homes and I really like the "BRRR" strategy.

My question for you all is regarding a job in the industry that you would recommend for first hand experience. I have considered working for a friend and a Mortgage broker company, or becoming a Realtor, but I wanted to open this up and ask for your opinions on what you think could be most valuable to me. I am willing to take a pay cut because, well, experience is more important to me.

Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance.
