Attorney Fees for the Creation of Your Business Entity
Good afternoon BPers. Let me preface this question by saying that I believe that every professional has the right to charge whatever they believe they need to charge in order to reach their business goals. Is $1200-$1500 the going rate to establish an LLC? I will be meeting two more attorneys before making a decision because the attorney we choose will be the one that we do all our business through. I know I can pay the state approximately $125.00 to register thee LLC, but it has been recommended on numerous occasions that I meet with an attorney in order to do this right the first time. If it is the cost then fine. I would just like to read the opinion of my peers here on the site.
Thank you
