Shiuld we start a business?

My wife and I have two single family rentals which we bought as our primary residences and then we moved out and rented them. We were wondering if there is any advantage to starting a small business to hold them.  We are planning on selling one and then buying another one with the profits and I was wondering if this is better to do as a business or as an individual. Are the reasons to start a business If you only have a few single-family rentals or are we fine just owning them ourselves like we currently do? Our houses are in Kentucky by the way.

Thank you for the help
