Can anyone suggest a good real estate attorney in Maryland? Bonus if they're familiar with Baltimore city/county.

What do you want the attorney for? "Real estate" is not very specific. I would potentially use a different attorney for landlord tenant, collections, foreclosures, settlements, prepare mortgage documents. or perhaps contract review.

That said, Anthony Onwuanibe / Golden Trust title handles a lot of investor work. Also anyone at Cohen and Foreman will be able to handle just about anything you need to have done.  Jeffrey Charlow of Masters title and Escrow is also very good. The first two are downtown Baltimore and Jeff is north of the city in Towson.  Google should find all of them.
