Merry Christmas for all and best wishes for the coming 2010!
This year went by way fast...meaning I did not complete all of my goals. I wanted to flip at least 4 peroperties, (one per quester) well...I just completed my 1 flip in November....and No interest as of yet...but we purchased and renovated a great house which is our primary recidence now...and we just completed yesterday, the purchase of a 12-plex...and this is my first commercial. So...my goals for 2010 will be SELL the flip and make the 12-plex cashflow and glow ! Good luck to all in the coming year. :D
