Duties, responsibilities, obligations

Hello all, I'm meeting with my future partner this week to out line our business plan so we can start our real estate investment journey. one thing we want to cover in this meeting is what each of our responsibility's will be towards our new LLC, its by and hold investments. Things like screening tenant's, property management, and running the numbers to find deals. we want to be clear in our description so there will be no confusion on who should be doing what. Is there any thing that I should be aware of so I don't miss anything? Is there some duties you guys wish would have been put into an agreement to simplify things?
