Does a Nevada LLP/LLC need to pay the business license fee?

I formed a LLP in Nevada because some of the benefits I read online. Then I bought a property in St. Louis with this Nevada LLP and rented it out.

It seems the rule for the busuness license is:

"LLCs doing business within the state must obtain a business license. The business license fee is $200 at the time of initial application and then $200 annually."

In this case, is the LLP considered "doing business" in Nevada? If not, do I still have to pay the busuness license fee?

Thanks
