Hello, was wondering if there are any investors in the San Antonio area willing to mentor me and my girlfriend in buy and hold. We currently have one rental property but only because we purchased a new home and decided to rent old home. We want to learn on actually finding and funding good deals step by step.

@Jaime Segovia best way to find a good mentor is to take action and add value.  There are plenty of great things you can learn on here, but you likely wont find someone that will answer this with a yes and start helping you.

Best thing to do is learn, network, find a deal, find an experienced person you like and figure out how you can add value to them.  Hit the streets, shake hands, and see where it takes you.
