CPA & attorney questions

Greetings BP community!

I am in the process of establishing a residential redevelopment business  in Ontario, Canada.  I am preparing to schedule meetings with both a CPA and real estate attorney who also specializes in commercial and estate law. I am looking for  some input as to the most beneficial questions to present to  these individuals.
