I am currently in SWFL, but still have a permanent residence in New Jersey along with my partner who is in NJ. As of now and probably for the next month or two I will be in a temporary residence here in FL.

I am looking to purchase some property to flip in FL for now. I am unsure if I should/could be setting up an LLC in New Jersey to purchase and flip property in FL or if it is recommended to setup an entity in FL since this is where I will be doing flips
