What are your yearly filing fees for an LLC in Illinois?

I am looking to form an LLC in Illinois but wanted to know what the ongoing fee is for a series vs traditional LLC. I see that the original filing fee for a traditional is $500 and $750 for the series. Is there a difference in the amount you pay after year one? The only fee I see is an "annual report." Is this what keeps the LLC alive, so to speak?
