need Help!!! I need help creating an automated real estate investing/wholesaling business. I have worked very hard at this business and struggled with doing all of the work. I'm now looking to hire a team an create a system of deals, funds ,and hire /delegate.  I need help with structuring, like getting leads, deals ,and direct mail for virtual assistance...please help me
