Aloha BP!

I'm starting to see how important having an LLC to protect your assets are when building your RE portfolio. I'm looking to BP to recommend any books that could help me with figuring out the differences between different LLCs and entities along with how they are structured and anything else that I can't think of. Thank you all in advance. ALOHA!

NOLO's Quick LLC: All you need to learn about Limited Liability Corporations. By Anthony Mancuso, Esq.

Gives a lot of good examples of why some businesses could benefit from an LLC and why some would benefit from other structures.

Goes over taxes as well.
