Planner/Task Manager App

So I have been in search of a good planner/task manager for my phone. I have not had much luck. Most of them are either too busy, or do not have all I need. I need a place for my daily To-Do Lists and also a place for my daily routine. Does anyone have any they use and like for this business? I need it to be simple enough to where I do not get overwhelmed. An app that allows for good organization. 

Maybe it sounds weird, but a white background on an app, kind of drives me crazy. Like it is too bright and makes it hard to focus. Does anyone else have this issue? Help lol
