I need and want to know more about real estate investing, I read books I listen to tons and tons of podcasts about real estate investing, I'm young I'm willing to learn more I notice successful real estate investors all have a great mentor!!!! I need a great mentor around Tampa Bay Area any one out there that can help? Coffee or lunch on me.
