EIN for LLC, all taxed in EIN, not flow-through to personal SSN

I registered LLC and in process of submitting SS4 form to IRS to obtain EIN number.

How do I proceed to have taxes filed with LLC's EIN, and completely separate from my own SSN.

I want all the rental income/taxes contained within that LLC EIN, completely separate from my SSN.

I do NOT want the LLC taxes to flow-through to my own SSN.
I do NOT want the properties/expenses listed on my own personal tax return.

Purpose: I have great credit and obtain good conventional mortgage rates. The lenders always want to see my full tax return with attachments. I do not want anything on my personal tax return related to properties owned by the LLC.
