3 Way Split
Hello BP,
I am considering partnering with 2 other investors on some BRRRR SFR properties but I am looking for some advice. The other two have purchased and rehabbed a few houses already and now need a money partner (myself). Once the "refinance" stage is completed what are some appropriate ways to divide cash flow/profits etc. since after all expenses cash flow divvied by 3 would be very minimal. I am not in a hurry for the cash flow as I would like to work more with them and continue to grow and add more properties. I am open to any and all ideas! Thanks as always.
