Hey Guys, Im an Investor here In ATL, GA. Im sure you have heard of the perks on incorporating in other states. What are the benefits, if any, of Incorporating your REI business in Delaware as the domestic state??

Ive Read so much on the Tax benefits on assets & so on, just wanted to know how exactly can Delaware benefit us as REI investors?
