Hello BP community, pretty excited Im finally taking action and not stuck in analysis paralysis. I just purchased my first list of houses (absentees targeted) and hope to start direct mailing the owners in 2 days. I can honestly say BP podcasts have motivated me and taught me the little bit I know. The rest Ill learn on the way. Just wanted to share my excitement on starting this journey. I hope to reinvest and become a BP pro member.
