Conventional Bank vs. Credit Union

I'm curious what other folks prefer for a business account - a credit union or a conventional bank. I am thinking of moving accounts and have been thinking about the good and the bad.

It seems credit unions are more comfortable with creating a line of credit based on personal credit (me being guarantor) whereas a bank can establish a line of credit based on deposits/investments/cash held in lieu.

What do you prefer and why?
