Hello fellow professionals!

I know this is not exactly a "real estate investing" topic but I'm guessing there are quite a few business professionals on this site.  I need help drafting up a Non-Compete & and a Non-Disclosure agreement for a new staff member I just hired.

Can anyone out there help me?
