Hello everyone my name is Mike I'm new to bigger pockets and am starting to work some things up to help me do some numbers on properties. My problem is small I just need help with excel I have the number right but it's negative and I'm not sure how to fix the equation to make it positive. I know someone here is going to be a genius on excel. Also any tips and thought for improvement would be helpful. The equation I have is =d34*(d35+d36)-(d34)+d38+d40+d42 D34($14,400) d35 (10%) d36 (5%) d38 ($1,380) d40 ($1,440) d42 ($1,500) It's giving me -$7,920 which I just want to be $7,920 As I said it's more inconvenient than anything just for the spreadsheet I want it to be correct. Hopefully I can post a photo so you can see it though.
