Issues with transfer property loan from personal to an entity??

Hi all!

In my readings regarding entities, I'm curious if there are any issues that can occur while transferring a property that is in your personal name into an entity.

More specifically, if you have financed a rental property with your personal name, then opened an entity such as an LLC, then wanted to transfer the rental property from your personal to your entity (keep in mind that the loan is initially under your personal name), are there any issues? Is this even possible?

Feedback or a point in the right direction on this topic would be greatly appreciated!!

-Darius
