We are looking to grow our company this year in a big way and would love to have an Operations Manager hired soon.  Who out there already has an Ops Mgr?  There really is not much information out there on hiring, job postings etc.  I can't believe we are the only ones looking for an ops mgr.  Give me a shout if you have an ops mrg as part of your team.
