Colorado LLC
Couple of questions folks:
Has anyone formed a LLC through colorado.gov? Or through going to the sate agency? If I am reading the website correctly, I can do it for only 50 bucks. Otherwise, I will pay 124.00 to incfile.com.
Also, I live in Colorado, but will do most, if not all, of my business (buying rentals) in Indiana. Should I have my LLC formed in Colorado, or do I have it backwards? Or does it not even matter which state the company is in?
Thanks for any help people!
