SHOULD I START A COMPAY FIRST (BEFORE I GET THE PROPERTY ) OR AQUIRE THE PROPERTY THEN START THE COMPANY ( LLC-S-CORP.) AND WHICH WOULD BE THE BETTER CHOICE LLC OR THE S-CORP. ?
