Hi I will make it as short as possible. I am wanting to start my own property management company in CA, and have no clue where to begin. I do not know what licensing is required, but have a general idea. I have a BA in Project Management and 5 years experience in mortgage lending and almost 10 years in renovating and managing properties for like my mom. I have a good eye for good investments, but am not in a position to act upon them when they come through. I recently flipped my own 1st home and was able to make a decent profit from it. I currently live in FL but will be moving to CA in January and would love to get as much advise from people who have actually have exp with property mangement or owning their own companies. Thanks any information will help.
